Attorney Liu Song graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Laws degree.

Currently, Attorney Liu serves as the Managing Partner of Yuanze Law Firm, an arbitrator at Dongguan Arbitration Commission, and a Research Fellow at the Center for Legal Theory and Practice at Sun Yat-sen University. With over a decade of professional experience, he is highly skilled in both litigation and non-litigation matters. As a lead attorney, he has handled various types of arbitration and litigation cases, such as contract disputes, equity disputes, and shareholder liability disputes involving creditor interests, with one notable case reaching nearly 4 billion RMB in value. Several of his cases have resulted in victories at the Supreme People's Court. One particularly significant case involved a multinational company’s corporate personality denial dispute that spanned eight years and culminated in a successful second-instance judgment at the Supreme People's Court in 2023, which was also selected as one of the outstanding cases in the national court system in 2023. He has led nearly a hundred legal due diligence and compliance investigations for enterprises in diverse industries including real estate, pharmaceuticals, electronic components, chemicals, and food services, with clients ranging from domestic listed companies to Fortune Global 500 multinational corporations. In addition, he possesses extensive experience in family wealth succession, having managed numerous domestic and international family trusts and family office setups.

  2. Recognition and enforcement in China of an arbitration award for a multinational company (with claims amounting to several billion RMB).
  3. Re-trial by the Guangdong High People's Court on asset division after divorce for an Australian citizen (with claims totaling several billion RMB).
  4. A land purchase dispute between Liao and Huang, retried upon appeal by the Guangdong Provincial Procuratorate (with claims of tens of millions RMB).
  5. False capital contribution dispute involving Li and a Ningbo investment company (with claims of 100 million RMB).
  6. Establishment of a Singapore-based family office for a family business (with investments worth several hundred million RMB).
