Attorney Ke Guangyan graduated from Zhejiang Normal University with a postgraduate specialization in Civil and Commercial Law.

She has served as the community legal counsel for multiple neighborhoods in Haizhu District, including Kanglezhong Community, Fukang Community, and Hehui Community. Previously, she was also a resident attorney at the Public Legal Service Center in Pazhou Legal Services Cluster, Haizhu District, where she regularly provided legal consultations to local residents and businesses on matters such as labor disputes and employment-related issues. She frequently assists her clients—ranging from advisory units to individual principals—with pre-investment due diligence, negotiations (including exit and termination negotiations), handling employee misconduct, workplace injury claims, and other emergencies.

Attorney Ke has also been extensively involved in both litigation and non-litigation matters relating to equity. She has provided legal services to numerous enterprises throughout processes including equity structuring, equity incentive plans, equity financing, and equity-based mergers and acquisitions. In 2022, she was honored with the “2021 Outstanding Achievement Award” by the Guangzhou Lawyers Association for her specialized legal services in designing and implementing an employee equity incentive plan for Shenzhen Jiahongshun Industrial Co., Ltd.

Additionally, Attorney Ke has conducted focused research on civil-criminal intersecting legal issues and has led multiple criminal compliance remediation projects and comprehensive compliance programs for various organizations.
