Attorney Yuan Lei graduated from Guangdong University of Finance and Economics with a Master of Laws degree and has nearly 10 years of legal experience. During her practice, she has represented a diverse clientele, including one of China’s “Big Four” asset management companies (AMCs), a top-10 domestic real estate developer, and a Hong Kong–based enterprise, among other corporate and individual clients.

Prior to entering private practice, she worked in a trial division of a local court and as an in-house legal counsel at an investment company, giving her deep insight into judicial reasoning and decision-making processes. She has accumulated substantial hands-on experience in real estate and construction law, as well as non-performing asset management.
