Attorney Ding Yuan graduated from the Law School of Sun Yat-sen University with a Master of Laws degree in Criminal Law.

Prior to entering private practice, Attorney Ding worked in the Civil Trial Division of a court in Guangzhou, gaining extensive frontline judicial experience.

Since becoming a practicing lawyer, his primary practice areas have included civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, ongoing corporate legal counsel, specialized civil and criminal compliance advisory services, and criminal defense.
