Attorney Wang Wangwei's main practice areas include cross-border dispute resolution, overseas investment and compliance, and complex domestic litigation and arbitration. He has participated in numerous cases heard by renowned international arbitral institutions such as the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). He has also represented parties in numerous difficult and complex cases heard by the High People's Courts of various provinces. Born and raised in Chinese Mainland, Attorney Wang completed his bachelor's degree and professional doctorate in Taiwan, China and the United States respectively. His diverse educational background enables him to play a more professional role in cross-border cases. Attorney Wang also has a unique overseas internship experience: he served as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court, where he drafted judicial opinions for the Chief Justice in hearing cases and participated in the drafting of several court decisions. In addition, he worked as a legal intern at the Secretary of State of Indiana.
