Handled over 60 similar disputes for another bank, efficiently advancing litigation, arbitration, and enforcement stages to help the client recover debts swiftly.
Real Estate and Construction: Handled numerous disputes related to real estate development contracts, construction contracts, land lease agreements, and land contracting rights. In one construction contract dispute, despite initial unfavorable judgments, she re-examined the defense strategy, ultimately achieving a mediation agreement in the second instance that reduced losses by 20%.
Enforcement Cases: Successfully recovered over RMB 50 million in enforcement funds for a private lending dispute after persistent efforts. Also managed several cases involving enforcement appeals and objections.
Intellectual Property: Represented clients in copyright, trademark, and design patent disputes, including unfair competition cases for leading internet companies.
Contract Disputes: Handled various types of contract disputes, such as guarantees, leases, sales, and service contracts. In one private lending case, she argued for the inclusion of multiple related parties as debtors to ensure debt repayment, which was upheld by two court levels.
