Represented a majorTaiwan joint-stock company in a retrial of a trademark invalidation case before the Supreme People’s Court. The case involved the Taiwan company’s core trademark, which was its most important commercial After conducting an in-depth analysis of the facts and reviewing nearly one hundred previous cases handled by the judge in charge, she secured a ruling within a short time, dismissing the retrial application.

Provided long-termlitigation services covering upstream and downstream matters for a leading major real estate company, handling more than 100 cases each year. She handled disputes ranging from upstream material procurement contracts and sale and purchase contracts; midstream disputes among construction entities, general contractors, and actual constructors involving general contracting, subcontracting, contract transfer, and settlement of construction project payments; to downstream disputes between real estate developers and owners over property delivery, title handover, title registration and transfer, as well as commercial housing pre-sale and sale and purchase contracts.

Provided long-termlitigation services covering upstream and downstream matters for a leading domestic Internet company, handling more than 100 cases each year. She handled litigation disputes related to Internet intellectual property and labor arbitration for the Internet platform.

Represented a leading domestic major real estate company in a special analysis of a dispute with a local government over the sharing of land grant fees. The dispute involved RMB 160 million and required analysis of both administrative and civil laws and regulations, as well as analysis of the development and changes of China’s land administration system.

Represented a leading domestic major real estate company in a dispute with another leading real estate company over misappropriation of funds, with more than RMB 129 million in dispute.

Entrusted by the actual controller of a unicorn medical company in Jiangsu,Lawyer Li provided systematic and overall litigation strategic support for several legal disputes between the controller and a listed company. The disputes included several rounds of VAM repurchase disputes involving the actual controller, equity transfer disputes, disputes over invalidity of equity transfer contracts of minority shareholders, and other matters. The total dispute amount was over RMB 29 million.

● Non-Litigation Matters
Represented a leading domestic major real estate company in legal risk due diligence analysis and assessment for a reserved land cooperation project. The project involved tens ofbillion RMB and complex cooperation relationships among the real estate company, villages, and cooperation partners across different land parcels.

Provided long-term legal advisory services for the domestic and overseas business of a domestic Class II medical device unicorn company. Lawyer Li also provided full-process special legal services for the company and its partner in setting up an AI medical subsidiary in Australia. The work was bilingual in Chinese and English throughout, including review of shareholder agreements, intellectual property license agreements, board resolutions, and agreements between the subsidiary and other parties.

Private fund manager registration and major change matters: Responsible for registration and major change matters for several private fund management institutions. Clients included listed companies, well-known fund managers from public fund institutions, well-known fund managers from securities companies, state-owned enterprises, and others. Several projects successfully passed review.

Long-term legal counsel for financial institutions: Appointedby several central/state-owned enterprises and leading private fund institutions to provide long-term legal advisory services. Clients included a central enterprise under the Ministry of Finance and a leading quantitative private fund institution in Shenzhen.

Specialised servicesfor government-guided funds: Participated in a local government-guided fund project in Panyu District and completed due diligence on several leading private fund managers. The enterprises under review included private fund managers with over RMB 10 billion in assets under management and private fund managers under state-owned enterprises affiliated with the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government with over RMB 10 billion in assets under management.. She provided due diligence, issued legal opinions, conducted interviews, and participated in review meetings for several sub-fund managers.

Fund filing and investment and financing matters: Entrusted by several equity investment funds,Lawyer Li completed due diligence on target companies in hydrogen energy, food, and other industries, as well as the signing and closing of investment and financing documents.
