Myra has for years worked in the Medical Systems Group of General Electric (China) Co., Ltd., and served as the General legal Counsel for the overseas business department of a top tier Chinese internet company. Typical cases include: represented clients in the overseas promotion service contract dispute case against Longtu Game (Hong Kong entity) involving a disputed amount of approximately 3 million, achieved the payment recovery in cooperation with Hong Kong lawyers; represented clients in the overseas promotion service contract dispute case against a U.S. publicly listed company involving a disputed amount of approximately CNY 800,000, and achieved the payment recovery in cooperation with U.S. lawyers; provided business compliance and data compliance legal services for the overseas expansion of several well-known video game enterprises.

In the field of intellectual property law, Myra provided full-chain legal services in trademark, patent and copyright fields, for both Chinese domestic and foreign clients, represented clients in numerous intellectual property rights protection and unfair competition dispute cases, effectively safeguarded clients' intellectual property rights and interests.
