In construction engineering area: Herman Yang represented a publicly listed environmental protection company in a construction contract dispute with a disputed amount of CNY 20 million; represented a telecommunication company in Guangdong in a construction contract dispute with a disputed amount of CNY 9 million

In labor dispute resolution area: Herman Yang provided labor law compliance advisory for multiple domestic companies, also represented clients in numerous labor dispute arbitrations and litigations, covering remuneration, overtime pay, economic compensation, annual leave benefits, non-competition restrictions and all other types of labor law disputes.

In corporate law area: Herman Yang provided legal due diligence, equity incentives formulating for clients, as well as  represented clients in a variety of corporate law litigation and arbitration including shareholder’s right-to-know disputes, equity transfer disputes, partnership disputes, and etc.
